    Defining Navigable Waterway of Inland Waters with Entropy Weight TOPSIS Model

    • In order to make navigable waterway defining more objective, entropy weight TOPSIS Model is introduced.An inland water navigation environment assessment index system is created and an entropy weight TOPSIS Model is built to conduct the assessment.The closeness of navigational risk associated to water areas are calculated and based on the result, the waters are classified.The method is verified through practical application.
