Abstract
In view of the particularity and severity of seafarers' industrial accidents, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate and analyze their OHS(Occupational Health and Safety) level. This paper identifies the relevant influencing factors from four aspects of human, machine, environment and management, and establishes the seafarers' occupational health and safety risk assessment index system; based on IFCM(Intuitionistic Fuzzy Cognitive Map) and DEMATEL(Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) methods, a risk assessment model for seafarers' occupational health and safety is established, taking into account the uncertainty and fuzziness of risk assessment information; using D-S evidence theory to solve the problem of expert information integration; quantitative data and evaluation grades are obtained through IFCM model inference; Countermeasures are modelled using DEMATEL screening of key indicators, and the effectiveness of the countermeasures is analysed, leading to important targeted observations. The results of the example analysis show that the proposed model has good applicability and can provide a strong reference for seafarers' OHS risk management.
