    Changes of waterway regime and trend analysis of North Channel based on the Yangtze River Estuary of sounding data

    • Selection underwater terrain sounding data of upper,middle and lower sections of North Channel since 2008~2021,application of GIS analysis channel washing and silting evolution,through to North Channel for years -5 m and -10 m depth contour change of research and its development trend,Analysis shows that the North Channel section in Xinqiao Channel on the carved out a 10 m water depth ditch,near the upper Yangtze River bridge main navigable hole shallow at 5 m water depth,North Channel under the river mouth bar section channel becomes shallow gradually,has now is shallow in 5 m water depth.
