Evaluation of the effectiveness of Ro-ro passenger ship security system based on combined weighting-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

To solve the problem of lacking a quantitative evaluation method for the effectiveness of ship security system, taking Ro-ro Passenger Ship as the representative ship type, a research on the quantitative evaluation method of the effectiveness of Ro-ro Passenger Ship security system is carried out. A system for evaluating the effectiveness of Ro-ro Passenger Ship security system is constructed, including 7 subsystems and 27 quantitative evaluation indicators such as communication systems and radar systems. A method for evaluating the effectiveness of Ro-ro Passenger Ship security system based on combined weighting-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established. The feasibility of the evaluation method is verified by taking Ro-ro Passenger Ship Y as an example. The quantitative evaluation value of the Ro-ro Passenger Ship is 0.481 8. It is determined that the weak points of the Ro-ro Passenger Ship security system are the directional resolution of the radar system and the continuous alarm capability of the Ro-ro Passenger Ship security alarm system. By comparing the causes of small boat collisions in actual operation of the Ro-ro Passenger Ship and the security alarm problems exposed in emergency drills, the feasibility of the effectiveness evaluation method is verified, providing theoretical and methodological support for improving the effectiveness of Ro-ro Passenger Ship security system.
