Countermeasure on aids to navigation setting based on international and domestic standards

In order to provide reference for the aids to navigation（AtoN） authority in the licensing, technical review, efficiency supervision and inspection of AtoN setting of offshore wind farm construction projects, this paper summarizes the phenomenon of inconsistent AtoN setting and inconsistent standard application in the offshore wind farm construction in China's coastal areas, focusing on the similarities and differences between international standards and domestic standards for the setting of offshore wind farms. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two standards, this paper uses schematic diagram, model diagram and field photos to intuitively discuss the work related to AtoN setting of offshore wind farm, so as to discuss the better countermeasures for AtoN setting of offshore wind farm, then to scientifically set AtoN of the Significant Peripheral Structures（SPS） and Intermediate Peripheral Structure（IPS）, so as to ensure the navigation safety of the offshore wind power plant.
