基于Petri网的水污染物流动接收船作业过程优化研究

    Optimization study of the operation process of water pollutant flow receiving vessel based on Petri net

    • 摘要: 随着水运经济的不断发展,船舶交通流量的不断增加,关于船舶污染物接收的问题逐渐增多,其中有关航行船舶水污染物不能有效接收以及水污染物接收船舶接收资源浪费的问题,相关部门和企业由于不能有效、实时地沟通而造成水环境污染问题愈发明显,因此接收船作业和监管过程研究对水环境保护有重要价值和意义。以重庆主城港区水污染流动接收船接收作业为研究对象,从现有的接收船作业过程进行Petri建模,在作业过程形式化和数学描述的基础上,找出相关问题。选择Pipe软件进行优化仿真建模,得出优化后接收船作业过程具有高效性和稳定性加强的特点,从而进一步降低船舶对水生态环境的影响。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous development of water transportation economy,ship traffic flow continues to increase,the problem of receiving pollutants from ships is gradually increasing,in which water pollutants from sailing ships can not be effectively received and water pollutants received by the ship receiving the waste of resources,the relevant departments and enterprises can not be effective,real-time communication and water pollution caused by water pollution is more and more obvious,so the receiving ship operations and regulatory process research is important for water.Therefore,the study on the operation and supervision process of receiving ships has important value and significance for water environment protection.Taking the receiving operation of water pollution mobile receiving ship in Chongqing main port area as the research object,this paper carries out Petri modeling from the existing receiving ship operation process,and finds out the related problems on the basis of formalization and mathematical description of the operation process.Pipe software is selected for optimization simulation modeling,and it is concluded that the optimized receiving ship operation process has the characteristics of high efficiency and stability enhancement,so as to further reduce the impact of the ship on the water ecological environment.
