基于北斗CORS高精度定位浮标智能抛设作业关键技术研究

    Research and practice on key technologies of buoy intelligent launching operation based on Beidou CORS high-precision positioning

    • 摘要: 在传统浮标抛设模式下,存在自动化程度低,操作难度大,工作效率低,作业危险性比较大等问题。本文针对浮标抛设全过程展开研究,分析其各阶段沉石、锚链的受力情况,结合运动学原理,对浮标智能抛设系统架构、数学运动模型、自动制链装置等关键技术进行系统研究,基于北斗CORS高精度定位设计研发浮标智能抛设系统。经试验验证,成功实现全过程自动化抛设作业,抛设精度优于2 m。

       

      Abstract: In the traditional buoy laying mode,there are problems such as low automation,difficult operation,low work efficiency,and relatively high operation risk. This paper studies the whole process of buoy laying,analyzes the stress of the sinking stone and anchor chain at each stage,and systematically studies the key technologies such as the buoy intelligent laying system architecture,mathematical motion model,and automatic chain making device in combination with the principle of kinematics. Based on the Beidou CORS high-precision positioning design,the buoy intelligent laying system is developed. After experimental verification,the whole process of automated laying operation is successfully realized,and the laying accuracy is better than 2 m.
