Abstract:
In the traditional buoy laying mode,there are problems such as low automation,difficult operation,low work efficiency,and relatively high operation risk. This paper studies the whole process of buoy laying,analyzes the stress of the sinking stone and anchor chain at each stage,and systematically studies the key technologies such as the buoy intelligent laying system architecture,mathematical motion model,and automatic chain making device in combination with the principle of kinematics. Based on the Beidou CORS high-precision positioning design,the buoy intelligent laying system is developed. After experimental verification,the whole process of automated laying operation is successfully realized,and the laying accuracy is better than 2 m.
