超吃水巴拿马型船舶安全进靠南京港研究

    Research on the safety of over-draft Panamax bulk carrier entering and berthing at Nanjing Port

    • 摘要: 为促进长江12.5 m深水航道运力的整体提升,适时适当提升进靠南京港大型海船的控制吃水非常重要。鉴于此,基于12.5 m深水航道的建设成效和长江澄宁段的通航环境,考虑澄宁段的水位、潮流条件和海船航行靠泊安全的影响因素,提出吃水提升方案对策,并设计船舶操纵模拟试验和实船试验对该方案的有效性进行验证,为吃水超过11.36 m的超吃水巴拿马型船舶进靠南京港提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to promote the overall improvement of transportation capacity in the 12.5 meters deep water channel of the Yangtze River,it is important to increase the controlled draft in regulations of large ocean-going vessels entering Nanjing Port timely and appropriately,In view of this,based on the construction effectiveness of the 12.5 meters deep water channel and the analysis of the navigation environment from the Nanjing to Jiangyin section of the Yangtze River,considering the water level,tidal conditions,and factors affecting the safety of ocean-going vessels navigation and berthing from Nanjing to Jiangyin section of the Yangtze River,this article proposes elevation scheme of controlled draft,designs ship maneuvering simulation tests and real ship tests for verification,and provides reference for over-draft Panamax bulk carrier with exceeding 11.36 meters draft to entering and berthing at Nanjing Port.
