基于知识图谱的智能船舶领域航海人才培养方案

    Nautical talent cultivation program for maritime autonomous surface ships' field based on knowledge graph

    • 摘要: 针对智能船舶背景下航海类人才培养方案的需求,综合分析STCW公约对管理级和操作级船员的适任能力要求,并结合智能船舶的关键技术与设备,使用Neo4j工具和雨课堂知识图谱模块构建涵盖适任能力、培养目标、课程设置及考核方式的知识图谱,包含共计1 700个节点及其关联;结合STCW公约与智能船舶技术,系统分析智能船舶背景下的航海人才培养方案,提出具体的培养建议与参考意见,研究成果可为智能船舶领域的人才培养提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the needs of nautical personnel training programme in the context of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships(MASS), comprehensively analyzing the requirements of STCW convention on the competence of management, operation and support crew, and combining with the key technologies and equipment of MASS, by using Neo4j tool and the Rain Classroom Knowledge Graph module a knowledge graph covering competence, training objectives, curricula and assessment methods was constructed, which contains a total of 1 770 nodes and their associations; and combining with STCW standard and MASS's technologies, the training programme of nautical personnel in the context of smart ships was analyzed system-atically to put forward specific training suggestions and reference opinions. The research results provide references for the training of talents in the field of MASS.
