LNG船围护系统标准体系构建与建模标准研制

    Research on standard system construction and modeling standard development for cargo containment systems in LNG carriers

    • 摘要: 全球清洁能源需求的持续增长,推动国际液化天然气(LNG)运输船市场快速发展。当前,LNG船已成为我国船舶业进军国际市场的重要抓手,而研制关键技术标准、构建完善标准体系,是实现我国LNG船设计建造全过程自主可控的重要前提。针对LNG船围护系统的类型、组成与设计建造过程,开展LNG船围护系统标准化研究,初步构建围护系统标准体系,并依托数字化技术要求,研制围护系统零部件建模与工艺装备建模等两项标准,为我国LNG船围护系统设计建造中核心技术的研发和应用,提供有效的标准化研究基础。

       

      Abstract: The continuous growth of global demand for clean energy drives the rapid development of the international market of Liquefied Natural Gas carriers(LNG carriers). At present, LNG carriers have become an important starting point for China's shipbuilding industry entering the international market. The development of key technical standards and the building of a perfect standard system are important prerequisites for realizing the whole autonomous and controllable process of China's LNG carrier design and construction. In view of the types, components and the processes of design and construction of LNG carriers' cargo containment systems, research is carried out on standardization of the cargo containment systems in LNG carriers, by preliminarily building a standard system for the cargo containment systems, and developing two standards for the cargo containment systems component modeling and process equipment modeling relying on the requirements of digital technology, which provides an effective standardized research basis for the development and application of key technologies in the design and construction of LNG carrier cargo containment systems in China.
