复杂光照下的船舶水尺图像二值化新方法
A New Method for Draught Line Image Binarization in Complicated Illumination Environment

摘要: 针对在实际航行复杂光照下,船舶水尺图像二值化结果存在目标断裂或伪影的问题,提出一种在复杂光照下的船舶水尺图像二值化新方法。对每个图像子块采用OTSU算法得出其全局阈值,用改进的Bernsen算法得出子块的局部阈值,根据双阈值对每个像素点逐点二值化。结果表明:在不同光照条件下,通过调节不同船舶水尺图像的双阈值参数可得到完整的水尺字符且能消除光照阴影;在细节保留和噪声去除方面,该方法优于传统的二值化方法。Abstract: Broken objects or false objects is often seen in a binarized draught line image under complex illumination. The new method decides basic threshold for each image block with OTSU algorithm and defines particular threshold for each section in a block with Bernsen algorithm. The Binarized image digitized by the method displays unbroken characters alongside the draught line, with shadows removed. This method also shows better ability in denoising and keeping details than ordinary methods.
