内河航道网络抗毁性分析与优化方法研究

    Invulnerability of Inland Waterway Network and its Optimization

    • 摘要: 为分析和提高内河航道网络的抗毁性,对内河航道网络抗毁性分析与优化方法开展研究。首先,提出基于通航里程和通航等级为网络边权重的内河航道加权网络拓扑模型构建方法;其次,提出内河航道网络抗毁性分析方法,包括基于网络特征的航道网络抗毁性分析方法和基于攻击仿真的航道网络抗毁性仿真方法;然后,提出基于网络介数中心性的内河航道网络优化方法;最后,以珠三角高等级航道网络为例,应用所提出的方法进行抗毁性分析和结构优化。结果表明,珠三角高等级航道网络的抗毁性有待提高,蓄意攻击对网络结构和功能的影响较为显著;所提出的航道网络优化方案,可有效提高网络抗毁性,并提升网络效率超过10%;所提出的方法可用于内河航道网络的抗毁性分析和结构优化,对内河航运网络的维护管理,保障航道网络畅通和高效,促进水路运输可持续发展具有参考意义。

       

      Abstract: The Weighted network topology model of inland waterways is built. The connections between nodes are weighed according to the navigable milage and the navigable level of the waterway. The methods to conduct Invulnerability analysis are introduced, including analytical method and attack simulation method. The betweenness-based optimization of inland water transport network is proposed. The network consisting of heigh grade waterways in Pearl River Delta is analyzed. The analysis indicates the weakness of the network against attack. Structure optimization of the network can significantly improve the invulnerability of the network and, meanwhile, lead to an efficiency gain over 10%.
