Abstract:
Cognitive risk is the precondition of building autonomous navigation system based on ship shore cooperation. Based on the research conclusion of ship shore cooperative relationship, according to the analysis of the technical characteristics of ship autonomous navigation system and the autonomous navigation test results of “ZHI FEI”, this paper studies and constructs the risk evolution conceptual model and mathematical expression model of autonomous navigation system, and analyzes the general law and characteristics of risk evolution based on unmanned tendency, navigational scenario and chain effect. It provides reference for autonomous navigation risk cognition, control, governance and autonomous navigation system construction based on ship shore coordination.
