船舶智能航行安全风险及其演化研究

    Research on safety risk and its evolution of ship autonomous navigation

    • 摘要: 认知安全风险是构建基于船岸协同的船舶智能航行系统的前提条件。基于船岸协同关系研究结论,根据船舶智能航行系统技术特点和"智飞"号智能航行测试结果,研究构建了船舶智能航行风险演化概念模型及其数学表达模型,分析了无人化趋向、基于航行场景和连锁效应下的风险演化一般规律及其特征,为船舶智能航行风险认知和管控、政府治理以及基于船岸协同的船舶智能航行系统的构建提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Cognitive risk is the precondition of building autonomous navigation system based on ship shore cooperation. Based on the research conclusion of ship shore cooperative relationship, according to the analysis of the technical characteristics of ship autonomous navigation system and the autonomous navigation test results of “ZHI FEI”, this paper studies and constructs the risk evolution conceptual model and mathematical expression model of autonomous navigation system, and analyzes the general law and characteristics of risk evolution based on unmanned tendency, navigational scenario and chain effect. It provides reference for autonomous navigation risk cognition, control, governance and autonomous navigation system construction based on ship shore coordination.
