基于时空拓展图模型的多码头间集装箱运输优化

    Optimization of Inter-Terminal Container Transportation with Space-Time Expansion Graph Model

    • 摘要: 为优化新建集装箱港口码头的多码头间运输(Inter-Terminal Transportation,ITT)问题,提出一种整数规划模型。考虑ITT多种运输设备的比价问题和新建港口码头道路布局问题,以最小化集装箱运输成本为目标,建立基于时空拓展图的整数规划ITT模型。根据该模型的特征提出一组有效不等式,用于加快计算的收敛。通过比较不同的ITT运输设备和运输网络,验证模型的有效性和有效不等式的加速求解效果。分析比较新建码头"驳船码头中心"策略与"无驳船码头中心"策略,结果表明:将洋山港5期新建码头建立为"驳船码头中心",总成本下降6%~23%,调用车辆数减少5%~43%。

       

      Abstract: An integer programming model for ITT(Inter-Terminal Transportation) is built based on the space-time expansion graph, reflecting the effects of the distribution of terminals and the type of transportation equipment on costs. The model is solved for minimum transport costs. A set of valid inequalities is defined according to the model features to speed up the convergence of calculations. A variety of inter-terminal transportation equipment and transportation network arrangements are used to verify the validity of the model and the accelerating effect of valid inequalities. The options for Yangshan port phase V to arrange newly-built terminals, whether to set a barge terminal center or not, are analyzed, and the research says that setting a barge terminal center can reduce total costs by 6%~23%, meantime, the minimum number of vehicles required can decrease by 5%~43%.
