考虑港口完全失效风险的班轮运输轴辐式网络设计

    The Hub-And-Spoke Network Design of Liner Shipping with a Precaution Against the Collapse of the Hub

    • 摘要: 为降低枢纽港失效时班轮运输网络的损失成本,提高轴辐式网络的可靠性,提出一种预先配置备选枢纽港口的设计策略。从班轮运输网络供给端的角度考虑港口的失效风险和备选枢纽的港口通过能力,构建非线性整数规划模型,以最小化班轮运输网络未受干扰的正常运输成本和失效情况下重置路径成本为目标,为枢纽港口选择备选枢纽港。设计粒子群算法求解模型,并验证模型和算法的有效性。以亚欧航线为例进行算例分析,结果表明:预先考虑备选枢纽港的班轮网络设计策略,可有效解决班轮网络港口失效风险问题,减少潜在的集装箱流损失,降低失效网络的恢复成本,提高客户的满意度。

       

      Abstract: The design of setting a backup hub port for the basic hub in a hub-and-spoke network is proposed to ensure high reliability of the network and to keep the loss of liner shipping as low as possible should the basic hub port were totally in failure. From the perspective of the supply end of the liner shipping network, a nonlinear integer programming model is constructed for minimizing the normal transport cost when the liner transport network is in order, and for the route resetting cost when setting the appropriate backup hub ports in case of port failure. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve the model. The model and algorithm are verified. The Asia-Europe route is analyzed as an example, proving that the design can deal with the port failure risk, reduce the loss of container flow, minimize the route resetting cost and improve customer satisfaction.
