智能航行辅助决策系统风险评估及控制措施研究

    Risk Assessment Concerning Intelligent Decision-making Assistant System and the Risk Control Measures

    • 摘要: 随着人工智能技术的发展,船舶领域开始逐步应用智能航行辅助决策系统。作为船舶领域的新系统,有必要对智能航行辅助决策系统的风险进行研究。本文采用故障模式和影响分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,FMEA)、风险矩阵方法,对智能航行辅助决策系统可能发生的故障模式、原因和风险程度进行研究,并针对某些风险较高的故障模式提出了风险控制措施。通过研究识别出17种故障模式,包含14种中风险等级和3种低风险等级的故障模式。针对中风险等级的故障模式提出风险控制措施后,8种故障模式从中风险降为低风险等级。

       

      Abstract: Failure Mode and Effects Analysis with risk matrix is used to study possible failure mode, causes of troubles, and impacts of the failures. Risk control measures for failure modes of higher risks are suggested. 17 failure modes are identified, 14 of them are at medium risk level and the rest 3 are at low level. 8 risk control measures for medium level risk failures can change them to low risk level.
