Abstract
To study the influence of offshore wind farms on navigation safety in surrounding waters,DEMATEL(DecisionMaking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) are combined, and fuzzy set theory is introduced to assess its navigation safety. The evaluation index system was established from four aspects:port environment, natural environment, navigation environment, and safety guarantee. The fuzzy AHP-DEMATEL method was employed to determine the significance of navigation safety factors and index weights, and the cloud model was utilized for the qualitative evaluation of the system. The results indicate that the fuzzy AHP-DEMATEL method demonstrates good applicability and effectiveness in the navigation safety evaluation of offshore wind farms. This method can identify the indicators that have a significant impact on navigation safety and provide a reference for relevant authorities.
