Abstract
The development of cross-border E-commerce logistics is lagging behind the development of cross-border Ecommerce,in which the instability of transportation time is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Considering that the accuracy of the prediction of the waterway transportation time is low,the stability index of the average number of sailing days obtained from the calculation of the big data of ship’ s AIS trajectory is introduced,which will be used for the measurement of the accuracy of the waterway transportation time,and the index is used as the objective function,with the transportation time and the stability optimization model is established with this index as the objective function,transport time and transport cost as the constraints.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model solution results,another transport time as the objective function,transport costs as constraints,the establishment of timeliness optimization model,transport costs as the objective function,transport time as constraints,the establishment of economic optimization model.Taking Yiwu to Madrid as an example,the calculation shows that the path solved by the stability optimization model is effective,and its stability index is lower than the stability index of the path solved by the timeliness and economy optimization model.
