Abstract
The Policies about carbon emission taxing is introduced into the scheduling process by transform carbon emission into cost caused by the emission. The mixed integer nonlinear programming model for green voyage scheduling is designed to achieve the objective of minimizing weakly total cost of the liner service under the condition of ship arrival time windows and loading/unloading speed set by terminal operators. The model is solved by piecewise linear secant approach means. It is verified through simulating 1 000 scenarios where AEMX is in, demonstrating 6.75% saving of weakly total cost of liner services.
