内河船舶生活污水排放监测系统设计与实现

    Design and Implementation of Inland Ship Sanitary Sewage Discharge Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 为解决目前内河船舶营运中生活污水排放实时远程监测问题,依据我国现行船舶生活污水排放标准,提出船舶生活污水排放远程在线监测系统功能需求,设计生活污水排放远程在线监测系统的整体架构,利用传感器协同技术、远程数据传输技术、云计算技术开展基于云平台的船舶生活污水排放监测系统设计。远程在线监测系统由船载终端与岸基监测平台组成,系统不仅具备生活污水关键参数监测、违规排放分析与报警、违规排放量计算、移动及个人计算机(Personal Computer, PC)端的远程监测等基本功能,而且能够实现远程传输方式切换,避免因区域变化造成系统丧失监测能力。经过试验环境测试,系统稳定、功能完备、监测效果良好。

       

      Abstract: The inland ship sanitary sewage discharge monitoring system is developed to meet the demand for remotely monitoring of inland ship sewage discharge. The overall architecture of the system is designed. The system, as a platform design, uses new technologies, such as sensor collaboration, remote data transmission, and cloud computing. Physically, the system is composed of shipborne terminals and a shore-based monitoring platform. It has functions to measure key parameters of sewage, detect and analyze illegal discharge and generate alarm signal with the amount of discharge calculated. PCs can be used as terminals and mobile terminals are available. Data transmission mode can be switched according to the location of terminals.
