极地邮轮关键设备总体选型混合优化算法研究

摘要: 针对极地邮轮关键设备总体选型问题,建立了含耦合约束的多目标优化模型。基于对该优化模型的解空间分析,提出了一种新的混合优化算法。其混合策略为:将差分进化(Differential Evolution, DE)算法的交叉及选择操作引入鲸鱼优化算法(Whale Optimization Algorithm, WOA)中,通过部分维度更新实现对耦合约束的主动适应,并通过贪婪选择实现对优势个体的保护。以某极地小型邮轮的设备选型问题为测试算例,对本文所提的混合优化策略进行了验证。测试结果表明,所提混合优化策略可以有效提升算法在极地邮轮关键设备总体选型问题上的优化性能,且得到的优化方案相比原方案具有更高的评估得分,更满足用户的需求。Abstract: The multi-objective optimization model with coupling constraints is built. The solution space of the problem is analyzed and a novel hybrid optimization algorithm is introduced. The strategy of the process is described as follows: to introduce the operations crossover and selection into the whale optimization algorithm; to perform dimensions updating for adapting it to coupling constraints; to use greedy selection algorithm to protect dominant individuals. The optimization algorithm is verified with a small polar cruise project.
