远洋船舶润滑油含水量的快速测定装置设计

    Design of rapid testing equipment for lubricating oil water test

    • 摘要: 文章基于目前远洋船舶在润滑油管理中存在的不方便快速检测润滑油含水量的难题,结合多年航运工作实践经验,自主设计了一种简便快捷的润滑油含水量快速测定装置。在润滑油内加入只与水进行化学反应的氢化钙(CaH2),可生成不溶于水或者润滑油的气体,进而用测量该气体压力的方法测量润滑油中的含水量。经性能试验,并与同工况下与实验室常规测定和标杆产品测定数据相比较,自制装置的平均测定误差和标杆产品所测误差相似,有些测试结果优于标杆产品测定数据,且均接近常规测定方法(实验室蒸馏法)结果,验证了自主设计的润滑油含水量测定装置测试结果的正确性和可行性。

       

      Abstract: The oil water testing equipment is designed for field testing on board. The practical experience on ocean ships has inspired the development work. The principle of measurement is that when CaH2 is put into lubricating oil sample, it will react with and only with water and generate gas soluble neither in water nor in oil. The measurement of the pressure of gas reflects the moisture content of the lubricating oil. The design is verified through comparing its test results to those with typical conventional laboratory testing equipment.
