船岸数据通信装置信号线电磁辐射分析
Electromagnetic radiation analysis of signal lines in ship shore data communication devices

摘要: 为保证船岸数据通信装置稳定性,减少电磁辐射,提出优化设计方法,将船岸通信装置中印制电路板(Printed Circuit Boards, PCB)串口、SD卡信号线进行建模,通过仿真得出信号线的S参数、串扰等数据,进行多种信号线的电磁耦合特性分析。研究结果表明:通过对PCB重新布局设计,将重新设计的PCB信号线进行仿真对比并进行数据测试,得出采用减少过孔直径、加宽信号线等方法,可降低PCB串口差分信号线串扰,提高SD卡信号线传输效率。该研究成果对于船岸数据通信装置信号完整性的设计提供一定参考。Abstract: The technologies for reducing electromagnetic radiation and improving the stability of ship-shore data communication is introduced. The serial ports on PCB(Printed Circuit Boards) and the SD card signal lines in the interested communication device is modeled and simulated to find the S parameters and the crosstalk phenomena of the signal lines. The electromagnetic coupling characteristics for different layouts are analyzed and the structure is redesigned. Reducing the diameter of vias and increase the width of signal lines are proved to be the effective measures to reduce the crosstalk of differential signal lines of PCB serial ports and improve the transmission efficiency of SD card signal lines.
