Abstract:
In order to evaluate the quality of the virtual assembly program of the ship′s pipe system, this paper combines the installation process of the pipe system and the actual assembly process, and puts forward the evaluation index system of the virtual assembly program by comprehensively considering the interference situation, numerical factors of the process, installation factors and the use of the pallet, and further puts forward the evaluation method of the virtual assembly program based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Taking the fuel pipe system of a cruise engine room as an example, the data of its virtual assembly scheme are counted, and the method is applied to evaluate the quality of the scheme. The results show that the method is effective, meets the requirements of the ship′s pipe system assembly, and can provide favorable guidance for the actual assembly process.
