Abstract: Oil spill events at sea are studied and the treatment schemes for those events are analyzed.The technical develop-ments in unmanned vehicle control and GNSS are investigated.A comprehensive vessel for treatment of massive oil spill is designed.In the arrangement of the vessel, a mother ship providing containment-suction function is supported by drones and USVs to ensure 24/7 monitoring of the site and achieve oil control as soon as possible and as complete as possible.
