基于多目标优化模型的港口多载AGV调度方法

    Multi-objective Optimization of Multiple Loading AGV Dispatch in ports

    • 摘要: 集装箱自动导引车(Automated Guided Vehicle,以下简称AGV)是港口运输业智能化、自动化发展的关键装备。以集装箱码头布局及运输流程为基础,将AGV调度问题转化为多目标优化混合整数规划(Mixed Integer Linear Programming,以下简称MILP)模型,并通过CPLEX和遗传算法对该模型进行多场景下的仿真求解,通过对比求解质量和效率,匹配合理的解决方案,并验证了模型和算法有效性。

       

      Abstract: The dispatch of automated guided vehicles (AGV) in a container port is turned into a mixed integer linear programing (MILP) problem for specific layout of terminals and the transport workflow.The problem is solved by means of CPLEX and genetic algorithm for various scenarios.The solutions are studied in terms of quality and efficiency and the most suitable schemes are picked up.
