复杂气象海况条件下船舶航行安全辨识及航行优化方法

    Ship Navigation Safety Identification and Optimization under Complex Sea and Weather Conditions

    • 摘要: 为避免船舶在复杂气象海况条件下发生海损、谐摇和参数横摇等航行安全问题,建立船舶在各种气象海况条件下谐摇与参数横摇的预报模型,提出基于海况与稳性的多变量、多约束和多目标的航行优化模型,并利用决策变量在空间分布与时序上的耦合特性作为先验知识,解决航线的不平滑问题。结果表明:该方法不仅可以合理规避高海况区域,而且还可以避免横摇或谐摇的发生,对提高航行安全具有非常重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: The model for predicting ship's parametric rolling and synchronous rolling under complex sea and weather Conditions is introduced. This model is developed based on the multivariable-multi-constraint sea state model and navigational optimization model. The ship track is smoothed by using the priori knowledge on Coupling Characteristics of the variables in spatial distribution and time sequence. The model is used for navigation optimization in the sense of getting away from severe sea area and avoiding parametric rolling and synchronous rolling.
