船舶双燃料发动机燃料模式切换的仿真研究

    Simulation of Fuel Switching in Dual Fuel Engine

    • 摘要: 针对船舶双燃料发动机燃料模式切换过程中的燃烧不稳定和转速波动大的问题,分析了燃料模式切换的瞬态过程。根据热力学的工作原理采用平均值法建立了双燃料发动机模型及燃料模式切换控制模型,将仿真结果与发动机台架试验对比,同时对双燃料发动机燃料模式切换的瞬态过程进行了仿真,展现了发动机在瞬态运行下的性能和响应。仿真结果表明:双燃料发动机模型有很好的准确性,在瞬态情况下的响应速度满足制造商的要求,能实现燃料模式切换过程的稳定,并展现了发动机及其控制系统的运行情况。

       

      Abstract: The transient process of fuel switching is simulated to study the problem of combustion instability and excessive speed fluctuation in the process of fuel switching. The model of dual fuel engine with fuel switching control is built with mean value method according to the thermodynamics principle. The model is verified through engine bench tests. The transient of fuel switching process is simulated with the model and the transient performance and response of the engine is exhibited. Tests show that the model satisfies the requirements of engine manufacturers in accuracy and rapidity.
