鄱阳湖水利枢纽船舶失控漂移建模方法

    Modeling of ship out of control and drifting in area of Poyang Lake water control project

    • 摘要: 为精准设计和布设鄱阳湖水利枢纽防撞设施、配布相关导助航设施和安全警示标等。基于船舶失控漂移运动方程和蒙特卡洛算法,针对鄱阳湖水利枢纽设施的分布特征,提出鄱阳湖水利枢纽船舶失控漂移建模方法,对船舶失控后在水利枢纽内的运动轨迹空间分布进行数值计算,判断船舶失控后是否会碰撞水利枢纽,并精确计算出不同工况下船舶失控后对水利枢纽的碰撞概率。通过Python建模,计算出在鄱阳湖水利枢纽上、下游船闸引航道口门各向外约1 km的通航水域范围内,碰撞枢纽工程的平均频率为7~13次/千年。本方法具有较强的针对性,对鄱阳湖水利枢纽的安全防护具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: In answering the needs of Poyang Lake water control project in design and deploying anti-collision facilities, navigational aids and warning marks, the ship out of control and drifting in the area of the project is modeled and the probability of such a ship hitting the project facilities is estimated. The facility arrangement of the area is investigated and the model is developed based on the ship drifting motion equations and Monte Carlo method. The spatial distribution of the ship drifting trajectory is calculated and the probabilities of the ship out of control in typical working conditions colliding the water-control facilities are estimated accurately. Python programming is accomplished and the collision probability calculation is performed. The calculation shows that in the area from 1 km out of downstream approach to the water control project area to 1 km out of upstream approach of the area, the probability of colliding any water control facility is 7-13 times per thousand years.
