基于专利分析的浮式生产储油卸油装置生产系统发展研究

    Technical development of FPSO ship production system based on the finding of patent analysis

    • 摘要: 在海洋强国战略实施背景下,浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, FPSO)对深远海及海上边际油气田的勘测与开发有着重要意义。基于PatSnap专利数据平台,从时间态势、地域分布、重要申请人和核心技术分类等角度对FPSO生产系统领域专利技术的演化路径进行分析,研究结果表明:FPSO生产系统领域的技术发展具有明显的阶段性和区域集中特征;其技术主要围绕油气水处理、生产装置和储存装置三个领域展开,具体涉及蒸发气体的冷却、回收再利用、再液化处理、上部结构的支撑装置、储罐强度等方面,其中蒸发气处理系统相关技术和储罐结构设计是FPSO生产系统领域的技术重点。

       

      Abstract: The FPSO-related patents reported on platform PatSnap, are analyzed. The evolution path of the patented technology is explored in terms of time situation, regional distribution, important applicants, and the category of core technology. The research shows that the technical development of FPSO ship production system has the characteristics of regional concentration and hotspot concentration; The developments are found having mainly focused on three fields: the treatment of oil, gas, and water, production equipment and storage devices, especially the topics concerning cooling, recycling, and reliquefaction treatment of gas vapor, support device of superstructure, and tank strength. Among them, the related technology of evaporated gas treatment system and tank structure design has attracted special attentions.
