环渤海港口对城市经济的空间溢出效应研究

    Spatial overflow effects of ports on the urban economy in Bohai Rim

    • 摘要: 为深入考察港口对城市经济的空间溢出效应,基于2000~2020年环渤海三省二市的面板数据,运用空间相关性检验证实环渤海城市经济存在显著的空间自相关性,并借助空间计量模型从整体和分区两个层面出发,探究港口对城市经济的直接与间接效应。研究表明:从全局层面来看,环渤海港口显著促进本城市经济发展,但对相邻城市经济具有抑制作用;从分区层面来看,京津冀地区港口对该城市与相邻城市的经济发展均有推动作用,辽宁和山东地区港口显著推动本城市经济发展,但对相邻城市经济发展具有阻碍作用。研究结果有助于明晰环渤海港口对城市经济的直接与间接影响,进一步丰富港城关系研究,为促进环渤海地区港城协调发展提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The spatial overflow effects of ports in Bohai Rim are investigated based on the 2000~2023 panel data of three provinces and two cities in the area. The spatial correlation test is conducted to confirm the significant autocorrelation of the urban economy in Bohai Rim. From the overall situation perspective and from partial situation perspective, the direct and indirect effects of the ports on the urban economy are explored with the spatial econometric model, in general and district specific. Research shows that, in general, the ports can significantly accelerate the economy development of the city where the port situated but have negative impact on the development of neighboring cities. But situations are different in particular districts. In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, all the cities, the one where the port situated or neighboring ones, benefit from the port development. In contrary, in Liaoning and Shandong, the pots only benefit the cities they belong to.
