不同碳减排政策下的班轮航线配船与航速优化

    Fleet deployment and speed optimization of liners under different carbon emission reduction policies

    • 摘要: 针对低碳背景下的班轮航线配船与航速优化问题,以周利润最大化为目标,构建了无碳减排政策、碳限额、碳税、碳交易及碳补偿政策下的航线配船与航速优化非线性规划模型,并设计遗传算法求解。通过算例验证和敏感性分析研究各碳减排政策对班轮公司航线配船与航速优化方案、利润及碳排放量的影响,并探讨各减排政策的作用。研究结果表明各碳减排政策均使利润、碳排放量及平均航速下降,也均可通过设置合理的参数和策略以取得更明显的减排效果。对比发现碳交易政策的减排效果较好,更有利于航运业可持续发展。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of fleet deployment and speed optimization under the low-carbon background, aiming at maximizing the weekly profit, this paper constructs the fleet deployment and speed optimization model under the carbon free emission reduction policy, carbon quota, carbon tax, carbon trading and carbon compensation policy, and designs a genetic algorithm to solve the model. Through numerical examples and sensitivity analysis, this paper studies the impact of various carbon emission reduction policies on the fleet deployment and speed optimization, profits and carbon emissions of liner companies, and discusses the role of various emission reduction policies. The results show that all carbon emission reduction policies will reduce the company's profits, carbon emissions and average speed. All carbon emission reduction policies can achieve more obvious emission reduction effects by setting reasonable parameters and strategies. It is found that the emission reduction effect of carbon trading policy is better and more conducive to the sustainable development of shipping.
