Abstract:
Berth allocation and ship scheduling in large ports are key issues that determine port throughput and operational efficiency. When a ship chooses a berth to dock, it is affected by many aspects such as berth idle time, berth length, and real-time water depth of the berth. The purpose of optimization is to study the berth allocation and ship dispatching problems of Qingdao Port. Under the influence of tides, a cuboid arrangement is proposed. The problem model describes the different draft depths, different types, and different service time requirements of ships under the influence of tides.Based on the proposed model, a two-level greedy algorithm and a two-dimensional genetic algorithm for ship priority and berth allocation are designed. Through simulation Data and real data from Qingdao Port verified the effectiveness of this method.
