内河电动船舶研究现状与展望

    Research status and prospect of inland electric ships

    • 摘要: 在“双碳”目标和内河航运绿色低碳转型背景下,电动化已成为内河船舶动力变革的重要方向。但现有研究多聚焦单项技术、局部示范或政策讨论,对不同应用场景下技术路线边界、工程约束及规模化推进条件缺乏系统归纳。针对上述问题,本文采用文献综述与案例对比相结合的方法。选取近年来代表性学术文献、示范项目、标准政策和产业实践,从发展阶段、典型场景、技术路线、补能方式和商业机制等维度进行分类梳理,并围绕船型、航线、补能、调度和监管等要素开展交叉比较。结果表明,内河电动船舶已在短途、定线、高频和公共服务等场景中形成工程应用基础,但总体仍处于由示范应用向规模化应用过渡阶段。纯电池动力较适用于客渡船、公务船、游览船和部分短途定线货运场景。换电模式依赖标准化电池单元、固定航线和高频运营条件,混合动力在中长航程、复杂工况和补能设施不足区域仍具有过渡价值。研究认为,行业关键问题已由单船电动化可行性转向系统匹配。未来应以场景筛选、船型标准化、补能网络建设、实船数据验证和可持续商业机制为重点,稳步推进内河电动船舶规模化应用。

       

      Abstract: Under the background of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy and the green and low-carbon transition of inland shipping,electrification has become an important direction for the power transformation of inland ships.However,existing studies have mostly focused on single technologies,local demonstrations,or policy discussions,and a systematic synthesis of technology route boundaries,engineering constraints,and conditions for large-scale application in different application scenarios is still lacking. To address these issues,a method combining literature review and case comparison was adopted in this study. Representative academic papers,demonstration projects,standards and policies,and industrial practices in recent years were selected. A classified review was carried out from the aspects of development stage,typical scenarios,technology routes,energy replenishment modes,and business models. A cross-comparison was further conducted around ship types,routes,energy replenishment,dispatching,and regulation. The results show that inland electric ships have formed an engineering application foundation in short-distance,fixed-route,high-frequency,and public service scenarios,but the industry as a whole is still in the transition stage from demonstration application to large-scale application. Pure battery power is more suitable for ferry ships,official ships,sightseeing ships,and some short-distance fixed-route cargo transport scenarios. The battery swapping mode depends on standardized battery units,fixed routes,and high-frequency operating conditions,while hybrid power still has transitional value in medium-and long-distance voyages,complex operating conditions,and areas with insufficient energy replenishment facilities. It is concluded that the key issue of the industry has shifted from the feasibility of single-ship electrification to system matching. In the future,priority should be given to scenario screening,ship type standardization,construction of energy replenishment networks,validation with real-ship data,and sustainable business mechanisms,so as to steadily promote the large-scale application of inland electric ships.
