基于UR S11A规范的超大集装箱船极限强度可靠性研究

    Reliability analysis of ultimate strength for ultra-large container ships based on UR S11A

    • 摘要: 文章根据国际船级社协会(IACS)规范要求对超大型集装箱船极限强度进行分析,以此评估船体结构极限强度的可靠性。研究选取一艘超大型双岛式集装箱船为研究对象,结合IACS UR S11A规范,计算该船极限强度并进行校核与可靠性分析。研究结果表明,船舶在极端工况下,可能存在强度不足的风险,需根据UR S11A规范要求进行结构加强。创新性地将UR S11A规范要求和结构可靠性理论相结合,实现对超大型集装箱船极限强度的量化评估,研究结果对老旧船舶的检测维护建议以及航线优化具有一定的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: This study analyzes the ultimate strength of an ultra-large container ship in accordance with the requirements of the International Association of Classification Societies(IACS) to assess the reliability of its hull structural ultimate strength.. A twin-island ultra-large container vessel is selected as the research object. Based on IACS UR S11A the ultimate strength of the ship is calculated,validated,and subjected to reliability analysis. Results indicate that ship may face a risk of insufficient strength under extreme operating conditions,and structural reinforcement is therefore required in accordance with UR S11A. By innovatively integrating the requirements of UR S11A with structural reliability theory,this study realizes a quantitative assessment of the ultimate strength for ultra-large container ships. The findings provide reference value for inspection and maintenance recommendations for aging vessels,as well as for route optimization.
